Lyocell fiber
Tencel fiber is the commercial name of the first-generation regenerated fiber produced by COUR TAULDS in the UK, whose scientific name is Lyocell fiber. Its production process does not pollute the environment or destroy the ecology. The fiber feels soft and has high moisture absorption rate (11%). Lyocell fiber is made from wood pulp, and its wood is also made from fast-growing wood, which means the raw material has good regeneration. Lyocell fiber is produced by dissolving lignin with an organic solvent of organic amine oxide (n-methyl morpholine). Solvent spinning is a closed process, and organic solvent of organic amine oxide is harmless. When Lyocell fibers and their fabrics are discarded, they can be treated with biodegradable materials, decomposing into carbon dioxide and water. Lyocell fibers are divided into two categories, standard Tencel fibers (microfibrillated) and Tencel A100 fibers (non-microfibrillated), both of which are soft, tough, anti-static, with good fold recovery and comfortable elasticity.
Poly (lactic acid) fibers
Polylactic acid fiber raw material is corn, in fact, corn-based fiber have corn protein fiber, corn fiber, corn propanol lactate, etc., in 1989, Japanese kanebo and island ferry cooperation developed corn fiber, poly (lactic acid) (PLA) in 1994 to develop famous for fibre Lactron, then the CDP companies in the United States in 1997 to develop the polylactic acid fiber and corn industrial production, thus make polylactic acid fiber become the new generation green fiber textile production field.
Poly (lactic acid) fibers are similar to polyester fibers in crystallinity, transparency and heat resistance. Polylactic acid fiber (PLA) fiber has higher heat resistance and higher strength, although not flame retardant, but with a certain degree of self-extinguishing, elastic recovery and crimp retention is good, and shape stability and wrinkle resistance are very good. The raw material of PLA is all from plants, so it is a kind of renewable green fiber, and because it can be degraded into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms in nature, it is also an environment-friendly fiber.
Soybean protein fiber
Soybean protein fiber is a kind of soybean plant protein synthesis, soybean meal under water, separation, first proposed the pure globular proteins, again by adding functional additive, change the protein spatial structure, and under appropriate conditions with high hydroxyl polymer graft copolymerization, generated through the wet spinning of soybean protein fiber, the acetal treatment makes the fiber performance is stable. Soybean protein fiber is a kind of biodegradable regenerated fiber with good physical, mechanical and chemical properties, which can be produced by using soybean or waste soybean meal without pollution.
